Mike Kusnierz brought

his Downspout

Special as a backup to

the Dago Red.

Mark Kanzia explains

how the Carrier Event

works. Alex asks,

"What's a carrier?"

Left to right, in order,

1st Place Mark Kanzia,

2nd Place Matt

Kanzia, 3rd Place

Mike Kusnierz.

For Sale: Two

underpowered

Headmasters. Only

taxied at several Fun

Flys.

John Nowikowski

really slowed his U-

Can-Do for

approaches.

Jim had a funeral to

attend last minute, so

Mark Kanzia did CD

honors.

Mike Kusnierz, Matt

Kanzia, and John

Nowikowski talk

carrier event strategy.

We hardly ever see

Ted (r) in shorts. Now

we know why.

Ray Hernandez and Al

Pokorny look on as

John Nowikowski

takes off with his U-

Can-Do.

Somehow the

cigarette and Bugs

Bunny don't go

together, Greg.

The L.A. Racer

suffered from

sputtering engineitis,

not a fatal condition.

Once again we see

the Playmate of

Dennis Harast.

Mike Kusnierz's Dago

Red helped him win

3rd Place. It comes in

kinda hot, so it's no

small accomplishment.

The Speedee Bee

needed nearly the

entire field to get into

the air. A cheer

erupted for the "Little

Guy" when it finally

did.

Mark Kanzia's Ultra

Stick really slows

down on the final

approach. Did he use

the flaps" Dunno.

Have to watch the

tapes.

Alex Hoffman's newbie

mistake; the ol'

crosswind final

approach. Almost

never works.
