Ed talks about his

Fokker as a crowd

gathers.

Hal carefully places

the Zero. Fun Scale he

called it! Amazing

detail.

Dennis & Ray have a

senior moment.

Hank & Alex have a

senior moment.

Ed even brought plans

for the Fokker.

The markings look

scale. I wonder if the

colors are also.

The top wing fasteners

were not there.

Mike's basically "free"

plane, a Sig Four Star

Forty.

Just try to count the

rivets my friend.

This Yak was one of

the biggest profiles

that I have ever seen.

This is the BattleAxe.

Brian and several

other club members

are really into the

combat thing.

I didn't catch the name

of this one, but it is

electric.

Here's the motor.

This is the big gas

motor on Bill Comb's

profile.

This shows some

cockpit detail on the

Zero.

Another shot of the

cockpit...

...and another.

Exhaust stacks look

like the real thing.

And the radial engine

has the feel of

authentic.

This is the new

Airtronics 2.4 Ghz

radio; 8 channels for

$229. You can't beat

that with a stick.

This is Mike's $22

"kickass" pilot. I did a

little research and

discovered that his

name is actually

Clarence.

This is the business

end of Mike's Four

Star.

On Ed's Fokker the

"valve springs" are

made from threaded

rods, maybe just plain

screws, but they look

good.

There were a few tears

in the covering, which I

could not identify.

To me the covering felt

like ordinary paper,

but it couldn't have

been.

DSCN4900

This is Hal's well

traveled case.

I bet Brian begins

attending the meetings

regularly if his winning

ways continue.

Al Pokorny collects his

Split the Pot winnings.
