Ray smiles while he

solders. I swear.

Ray had some blue

insulation foam for

sale to build flippy,

floppy, foamies

(floamies?).

The Three Wise Men.

Gerardo & Ed admire

Pat's work.

Gerardo's P-51 looks

good. All the training

aids are long

removed.

Bob's Kaos with the

last, final, finito,

absolute end of the

purple Monokote.

Pictures don't do it

justice; Pat's

immaculate Mini

Telemaster.

Ray's latest creation;

very nice gray foam.

John supervises while

Scott mounts his

camera.

This is the camera

mounted on the Great

Planes BLT.

This is the front end of

the BLT.

Engine close up of

Gerardo's P-51.

Hey, this guy needs a

shave.

The engine on Bob's

Kaos.

Did you notice that the

firewall and insides of

the cowl cheeks are

covered with gold

covering? I did.

Pat's Mini Telemaster

kit must have been

mostly sticks. Again,

immaculate work!

External servos make

connections a bit

easier.

Did you know that duct

tape is also known as

"Wisconsin Chrome"?

Scott brought some

videos shot from his

BLT using the camera.

Appropriately, the

videos were shot

inside an aircraft

hangar.

Although it is pointed

in the direction of the

prop, I didn't see any

prop interference in

the video.

The business end of

the BLT.

The underside of

Ray's foamie.

Another shot of the

telemaster reveals

more sticks...

...and still more!

Bob has the Monokote

covering technique

mastered. I wish I did.

Gerardo has been

flying the P-51 for

several months now

but it still looks great.

This pic shows the

distinctive yellow tail.

Two classics.

It was great to see Pat

again, and the Mini

Telemaster was a treat

for the eyes.

Gerardo explains the

engine mount on the

P-51.

Scott brought in not

only the BLT with a

video camera, but

actual movies shot

with the camera!

Thanks Scott.

At this point I would

call Ray a master of

the foam airplane.

He's good with electric

stuff too.

Two raffle winners

from the same family

sitting next to one

another pulling tickets.

Hmmmm....mmm.

Alex claims his raffle

prize. Say Hi to Bill for

me at LaGrange

Hobby.
